What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Office of Medical Affairs to develop market development strategies at the account level
- Independently address a range of issues at the account level requiring significant cross-functional interactions
- Lead initiatives to enhance awareness of TAVR therapy and improve clinical pathways and device utilization
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in valve clinics and healthcare accounts to develop impactful programs
- Partner with sales teams and leadership to expand customer outreach and educate key stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, sales, or sales support; or a Master's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in TAVR programs or clinics
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Strong leadership capabilities and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel up to 70%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- RN or advanced practice experience
