What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to privacy and security violations, investigating incidents involving members, providers, subcontractors, and employees
- Analyze data and documentation to substantiate privacy allegations and identify patterns
- Conduct investigations, interviews, and research to gather evidence
- Communicate with regulators, counsel, stakeholders, and external agencies regarding investigative findings
- Maintain documentation integrity for privacy incidents and update case management system

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in a Managed Care Organization, health insurance company, or financial services
- Strong investigatory skills and ability to interpret regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Internet research

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified International Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) or Certified Healthcare Compliance (CHC)
- Advanced training in healthcare privacy
- Proven experience in healthcare compliance
