      Amazon Pets' envisions a world where pet parenting, and the health and social benefits it affords, are accessible to everyone. The Pet Health Program Manager will drive some of our largest new initiatives bringing new offerings to pet parents that they don't have today. The Pet Health Program manager will own existing and be charged with identifying and launching new Pet Health focused initiatives.

      Key job responsibilities
      - Build relationships with sellers, vendors, and support teams to develop strategies for establishing category awareness
      - Own the execution, iteration, and experimentation of the existing pet health programs
      - Partner with Product and Marketing team to effectively execute roadmaps on time and with minimal defects
      - Be a subject matter expert on pet health market segment opportunities
      - Inform and own cadences including content, scheduling, and follow ups for the category vertical
      - Own ongoing management and expansion of self-service reporting and analytics capabilities
      - Collaborate with technical and product teams to identify process gaps and drive projects for sustained improvement, prioritizing automation and self-service

We obsess over every hair, scale, tooth, and tail product considering how a pet parent might need to experience it so that they can make the best decisions.       We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

      Seattle, WA, USA- 5+ years of program or project management experience
      - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
      - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
      - Working knowledge of SQL- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
      - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

      Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
