      The Zillow Group Talent Management organization drives the overall strategy and execution of learning initiatives for all employees, including but not limited to onboarding programs, professional development and performance, and leadership development.       About the role

      The Sr. Program Manager, Sales and Service is a member of the People Growth & Performance team that focuses on upskilling and continuously developing frontline employees in sales and service functions. They partner closely with Sales and Service business leaders, cross-functional partners, Talent Management leaders, and project teams to integrate learning solutions as the business rapidly moves forward. The Senior Program Manager owns project outcomes and drives project advancement, including the ownership of the Zillow Way of Selling program. From a strategic perspective, this role is responsible for building and connecting projects within the Sales and Service program and cross-functionally at an organizational level.

      You will get to:

      • Ensure cohesive and unified learning experiences by aligning projects within programs and integrating them at a thoughtful level, while meeting objectives and aligning with ZG initiatives

      • Drive project decisions and actions that align with stakeholders’ highest priority needs to ensure progress and successful outcomes

      • Collaborate with project team members to define the project timeline, key deliverables, and achievements

      • Strategically and consistently evaluate the Sales and Service program and take action on enhancements and improvements

      • Assess program progress, evaluate results, and make adjustments as necessary

      • Lead, manage and maintain high visibility, advanced level projects and develop program evaluation strategies for new and existing programs

      • Proactively identify future talent management needs based on industry trends, technological advancements, and organizational growth plans

      • Produce recommendations for team members and/or client groups based on evaluation findings and alignment opportunities with other programs

      • Foster relationships with key partners and team members to ensure effective project implementation

      • Brainstorm with other PMs/Sr. PMs to align projects and client needs into larger, streamlined initiatives

      • Provide guidance and direction to project teams regarding the project scope, collaborators and objectives

      • Communicate updates on resourcing needs, scope changes, and capacity on a consistent basis to Program Operations Leads and Talent Management Leadership

      • Engage Learning Consultants from the Strategic Programs team for large program efforts, discovery consultation, data analysis, and other complex needs

      • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the Talent Management team

      This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

      In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $101,600.00 - $162,400.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.

      In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

      Who you are

      • Deep understanding of sales teams and processes, with a track record of building credibility with sales leaders and translating program value to financial impact

      • Excellent relationship management skills especially with senior stakeholders and across projects of high risk and complexity

      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data to drive decision-making

      • Strategic mentality with the ability to connect projects and initiatives to the larger goals and objectives of the organization and advance projects even in situations of ambiguity where the steps may not be clear

      • Strong proficiency using Asana, Slack, Outlook, GSuite (docs, forms, sheets, slides), Mural, LMS (Docebo)

      • Advanced consultative skills, with the ability to diagnose and analyze partner needs, determine, and develop solutions for high visibility and complex initiative

      • High emotional intelligence with the ability to think strategically and develop long-term talent management initiatives in line with organizational goals

      • Experience with change management processes and an ability to mediate and resolve conflict

      • Tech savvy with an ability to identify, learn and implement new technologies

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field or equivalent experience

      • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

      • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience with talent management strategies including organizational development, human performance improvement, and performance management

      • Experience delivering learning solutions to sales and service teams

      • Exceptional leadership skills with experience leading projects and managing diverse individuals

      • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

      • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
