Job Description
- Req#: 9829
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction
- Experience in the review, creation and management of construction project documentation
- Knowledge and experience with web-based data management software
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Ability to walk job sites for extended periods of time
- Ability to read and interpret project specifications and drawings
- Ability to provide clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Review change orders for accuracy and appropriateness Preparation of weekly & monthly reports
- Create/format daily field report and upload
- Maintain on-site awareness of construction activities in relation to the scope of work and anticipated schedule
- Monitor onsite safety and OSHA requirements are being followed
- Verify construction specification compliance
- Verify RFIs and submittals are in compliance in the field
- Assist in the resolution of urgent onsite situations
- Support construction schedule updates and project pay application as needed
- Support Project Manager as needed for general project management duties
- Provide and potentially present project status updates as needed
