What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact and lead between the sponsor and the organization at the project level
- Drive and own the overall delivery of cross-functional projects, ensuring quality, time, and cost are met
- Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource alignment
- Identify risks and resolve issues at the project level to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve optimal delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant academic/vocational qualification
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a management role
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Comprehensive knowledge of clinical development guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Early Phase Clinical Trials within a CRO or Pharmaceutical company
- Strong financial acumen with practical application of budgeting and resource management
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor global cross-functional teams
- Skilled in process improvement and strategic development related to clinical trials
- Advanced negotiation and marketing skills
