What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact and lead between the sponsor and the organization at the project level
- Drive and own the overall delivery of cross-functional projects, ensuring quality, cost, and time targets are met
- Manage project financials, including budget alignment and resource management
- Identify and resolve risks and issues at the project level
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a management role
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Comprehensive knowledge of clinical development guidelines and regulatory standards
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience specifically in clinical trial project management related to Psychiatry, including Schizophrenia, Depression, PTSD, or Substance Abuse Disorders
- Familiarity with project management systems such as CTMS, Preclarus, and Clarity
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor global teams
- Background in process improvement within clinical trials
- Advanced financial acumen related to budgeting and forecasting
