What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead project management delivery of large and complex internal initiatives
- Implement project management controls to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Coordinate planning and project status meetings
- Monitor and report on project budget, timelines, and deliverables
- Facilitate project retrospectives for continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Related degree and/or certifications with approximately 7+ years of project management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications and project management tools
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or scrum master certification preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with change management and process improvement principles
- Strong "presence" and ability to influence stakeholders
- Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project management expertise
