      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage multiple large complex projects with budgets exceeding $30M
      - Utilize project governance activities and tools to deliver projects and manage risks
      - Define workflows and reporting relationships for project teams
      - Lead discussions and deliver reports to both internal management and client leadership
      - Build strong project teams and delegate tasks based on individual strengths

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience or 13+ years of work experience in industrial, mechanical, or civil engineering; industrial or construction management
      - Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification
      - Proven ability to manage projects and teams remotely
      - Ability to travel domestically and internationally
      - Demonstrated advanced knowledge of project budgeting and financial analysis

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously
      - Advanced proficiency in PM software and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to develop effective solutions
      - Strong presentation development and delivery abilities
      - Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
