  Job Title: Sr. Project Superintendent-Architectural Focus

  JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Work with project manager to ensure implementation of safety program, including integrating safety program into all site plans and procedures and adhering to all safety and record keeping requirements.
  2. Supervise, direct, coach, train and mentor the project team including direct and indirect reports.
  3. Communicate with own forces and trades and ensure that performance, productivity, quality and safety requirements are met.
  4. Consistently collaborates with construction/project manager and project team.
  5. Proactively manage potential problems, work interferences and schedule conflicts/setbacks.
  6. Liaise between field engineers, estimators and subcontractors to ensure construction complies with drawings and specifications.
  7. Liaise with client, other site contractors, union and labor relations, and site and office representatives.
  8. Visualize an entire project, plan and create the complete project schedule, identify the critical path, and anticipate constructability issues.
  9. Develop and implement Project Execution Plan (PEP) and resource-loaded three-week lookahead schedules.
  10. Create, maintain, and execute the project plan and schedule, and ensure compliance with budget and quality.
  11. Review and understand the contract and subcontracts and develop a plan that identifies and mitigates risks and maximizes opportunities to ensure that all financial targets, including budgets, forecasts, and profitability levels are met.
  12. Maintain project administration correspondence and comply with documentation requirements.
  13. Develop and maintain strong customer focused relationships with all stakeholders.
  14. Value and model the solution provider and profitability culture.

  The salary range for this position is estimated to be 177,000.00 - 220,000.00 USD annualized.

  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Requires a High School Diploma and 10 years of experience in job offered or 10 years of experience in the Related Occupation
  
  RELATED OCCUPATION:
  Superintendent or any other job title performing all listed job duties.

  SALARY RANGE: $177,000 to $220,000/year
