Job Description

- Conduct goods receipt inspection with testing and approval of raw materials
- Perform final inspection of study medication and customized shipments ready for dispatch
- Process dispensing and sampling requests
- Implement preventive measures against quality deviations
- Complete and monitor sample withdrawals
- Store sample withdrawals accurately
- Coordinate the destruction of bulk material, study medication, and packaging material
- Participate in crafting and revising SOPs and WIs
- Determine personal training needs and participate in regular coordination meetings
- Inform direct supervisors about fundamental and significant difficulties
- Quarantine or block materials when necessary
- Coordinate the execution of sample withdrawals
- Gather data for critical metric assessment
- Engage in cross-departmental meetings
- Process customer-specific inspection criteria
- Conduct weekly inspection rounds in the warehouse
- Coordinate, implement, and handle deviations
- Inspect and approve TPP/GT/GMO materials under BioService supervision
- Completed training in the pharmaceutical, commercial, or a related field
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Outstanding accuracy, resilience, and collaboration skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
- Capacity to work independently under stress in a multicultural environment
- Good knowledge of German, both spoken and written; English proficiency is advantageous
