The Senior Quality Business Analyst works collaboratively with business areas to ensure compliance with established metrics and adherence to policies and procedures. Through an auditing process, analysts identify areas of improvement, system inconsistencies and training opportunities.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
· Review and Audit transactions to ensure accuracy of workflow, adherence to policies and procedures and effectiveness of system processing.
· Provide timely documented feedback on issues identified at the processor and/or system level and execute escalation procedures as applicable.
· Identifies trends related to errors and examiners, and reports audit outcomes as needed to related business units.
· Review of more client facing workflows to ensure the best possible outcomes for all parties
Other responsibilities include:
· Tracks pended issues and makes recommendations for improvements.
· Continuously meet productivity and quality standards.
· Communicate effectively in writing and verbally within work groups, in addition to all internal and external customers.
· Support through assigned projects when appropriate or delegated by Management.
· Attend internal and external education training to achieve and maintain proficiency on all systems.
· Ability to understand regulations and/or required controls, and reference requirements in documentation.
Qualifications
· 4+ years relevant Operations or Quality Auditing experience.
· Associate degree or equivalent work-related experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
· Effective time management, shown through the ability to prioritize deliverables and communicate realistic timeframes for resolution.
· Strong problem-solving skills, with a key attention to detail.
· Solid written and verbal communication skills.
· Proven competency with various business tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
· Has working knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers.
· Ability to work independently and navigate multiple workstreams as needed achieve productivity standards.
· Passionate about producing high-quality deliverables.
