What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures for material handling equipment
- Architect a BIQ mentality and validation program to align vendors to cultural and procedural transformations
- Lead quality improvement efforts with internal teams and outside vendors
- Assess quality processes for opportunities for improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction
- Travel up to 75% to interact with internal and external business and technical leaders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other STEM field; or 2+ years relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience as a project engineer, process engineer, project manager, manufacturing engineer, or related occupation
- Experience with complex MHE and packaging lines or process design based on Lean Manufacturing
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office products: Excel, Project, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related STEM field
- Six Sigma Certification
- 5+ years’ experience related to quality control, Lean manufacturing efforts, transportation/logistics, and/or fulfillment/distribution centers
- Advanced knowledge of FC operations
- 5+ years of experience with material handling elements such as high-speed sortation, multiple conveyor subsystems, package lines, and/or robotic work cells
