- KPI Coordination: Collect, consolidate, and validate data for various KPIs and prepare it for in-depth analysis.
- Innovative Automation: Conceptualize and develop automation solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Overall Quality related reporting for the regional Automotive Solutions organization: Monthly Quality Reports, Internal Defect Costs, External Defect Costs, Warranty tracking, etc
- Coordination of risk evaluation for any field related issues.
- Problem Solving coordination
- Special projects (warranty, Problem Solving cases, customer complaints, etc)
- Support on customer complaints and warranty, as well as other plant related issues.
- Support the Plant team members in all relevant quality topic.
- Analytical Pro: You have a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using data analysis tools like Power BI, SAP, and Oracle - SQL.
- Collaborative: Excellent at coordinating with various stakeholders to gather and validate data.
- Problem Solver: Innovative mindset with a passion for developing automation solutions.
- Communicator: Able to communicate assertively with stakeholders and effectively summarize and deliver digital content to the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or other technical field required.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or any other technical relevant function (engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, etc)
- Responsible, accountable, and independent worker and self-starter who is relationship focused, yet analytical and persuasive with a positive attitude and works with a sense of urgency.
- Power BI experience required.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate with various areas on multiple levels of our organization.
- Ability to explain technical content to a non-technical source.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $92,800 - $120,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
