Job Duties: Manages the domestic real estate portfolio for designated markets. Conducts real estate negotiations and transactions with external representatives in coordination with corporate facility planning and all other necessary internal groups, as appropriate. Provides portfolio strength, operational and brand name security based upon market knowledge and corporate requirements. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Real Estate, Finance or Business. Minimum Experience Six (6) years related Commercial or Industrial Real Estate Negotiating, Acquisition, Management and Finance experience including experience with Contract Negotiations, Service Agreement Negotiations and related Real Estate/ Facility Transactions. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of airport related real estate transactions including ramp, terminal, and/or gate agreements. Strong negotiation, human relations and communication skills.
