      Roles and Responsibilities:

      • Confer w/ hiring leaders & HR business partners to identify talent needs, build & execute appropriate recruitment strategies.
      • Develop thoughtful, comprehensive, position-specific search strategies that leverage best practice recruiting methodologies & incorporate diversity
      • Ensure understanding of job duties, responsibilities & business requirements for positions

      • Develop/maintain strong relationships w/ hiring leaders, create partnership that yields successful, predictable results & credibility.
      • Leverage online resources and in-house ATS to identify, attract, present & recruit top talent. Identify/deploy creative methodologies for sourcing

      • Utilize research & sourcing techniques to develop effective pipelines of talent

      • Review resumes & credentials for appropriateness in relation to position requirements & business need
      • Pre-qualify candidates/develop interview slates.
      • Manage/Coordinate communication w/ candidates, including interview preparation, process overview, setting expectations, post-offer discussions, closing, offer letter review & general on-boarding.
      • Update ATS appropriately for search tracking & reporting purposes for internal &external systems
      • Produce weekly reports & analysis on recruiting status for all open, closed and canceled positions & overall updates on recruitment efforts to leadership & clients
      • Ensure compliance in the selection process and apply knowledge of OFCCP/EEO guidelines.
      • Work directly with client’s business groups on systems support, process documentation and adherence.

      • Utilizing defined metrics, frequently review and suggest opportunities for efficiencies and enhancements to process, programs, recruitment sources, etc.

        Qualifications and Education Requirements:

      • Bachelor s degree in business or related field preferred
      • 5-8 years sourcing experience preferably within a corporate environment
      • Strong technical recruiting experience: Mechanical, Electrical and System Engineering
      • Expert level knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to: sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
      • Understanding of OFCCP/EEO guidelines and their application to the recruitment process
      • Proven experience with creative sourcing social media, online job board
