- Act as a subject matter expert and strategic talent advisor to leadership at all levels.
- Develop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools, networks, and pipelines; create and execute robust search strategies, calibrate candidates with hiring managers.
- Develop prospects into candidates. Engage, sustain relationships, screen, and interview.
- Collaborate, coach, and develop other members of the Talent Acquisition Team.
- Partner with hiring managers, leadership, and other members of Team Blue by leading and participating in scoping discussions, weekly tag-ups, and candidate debriefs.
- Prepare/contribute to search status reports and lead/participate in client update meetings on active searches.
- Dive deep with an inquisitive mindset into the technical requirements of the requisitions and business units you will be supporting.
- Bachelor’s degree, or additional years of recruiting experience.
- 8+ years of Recruiting experience to include Engineering, Manufacturing, or IT positions.
- Strong professional communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence and advise business leaders.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
- Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
- Experience Recruiting for Human Resource functions that support Manufacturing, Space, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Nuclear Power, Technology, Aviation industries.
- Sales and/or customer service experience.
- Proficiency with Workday.
- Exempt and non-exempt position recruiting experience.
- Combination corporate and start-up environment recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated success in passively prospecting technical professionals using a variety of platforms and methods.

Required for Certain Job Profiles: Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or combination of power unit and trailer that meets or exceeds 10,001 lbs. and/or transports placardable amounts of hazardous materials by ground in any vehicle on a public road while in commerce, may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including: Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification, Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing (CDL drivers only), vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training.

Compensation Range for:
