      Additional Information About the Role BJC Healthcare is seeking a Sr. Referral Marketing Consultant to lead marketing strategy for provider referrals. Ideal candidates should have strong project management experience and the ability to work with leadership at various levels. Previous experience working in healthcare and with providers is a plus! This is a remote role, with some flexibility needed to attend meetings on site. Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose This position leads strategy and planning for the marketing of clinical programs (e.g. heart & vascular, neurosciences, transplant, etc.) to referring providers and academic peers, to meet system and hospital business objectives. Builds strong relationships BJC and WUSM Physician Services and Outreach teams to understand business goals, audiences and content needs. Responsible for understanding overall clinical program marketing goals and then identifying opportunities to reach and engage provider audiences. Oversees planning and content for key provider marketing channels, including but not limited to, Doximity, the Medical Professional Education Center and key professional conferences. Responsibilities Collaborates with BJC and WUSM Physician Services and Physician Outreach teams to develop content for office visits, and amplify Grand Rounds and other BJC/WUSM presentations to wider provider audiences. Partners with HSO and Clinical Program Marketing colleagues to understand and align on opportunities to improve reputation among providers and drive volume for priority procedures. Builds strong relationships with clinical program leaders and key physicians across BJC and WUSM. Oversees multi-channel clinical program marketing plans targeting provider audiences, including planning, implementation, measurement and optimization.
