      Primary Responsibilities:

      • Develop and deliver internal facing and client facing analytics and reporting activities, support client relationship building, and overall project management of externally focused analytic deliverables
      • Creates and maintains end-user documentation of internal and external reports (standard and custom)
      • Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems
      • Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses
      • Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
      • Translates concepts into practice
      • Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues
      • Work with non technical partners to gather specifications to deliver quality results
      • Acts as a resource for others with less experience

      Required Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      • 2+ years of experience database and coding experience, ability to read and write SQL Queries
      • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
      • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects
      • Proven ability to pivot based on team and health plan priorities

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience with report development using Tableau
      • Experience with ETL Tools and processes, such as SQL, Alteryx
      • Healthcare Industry experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
