What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage projects from development, data collection, accuracy checking, and building user-friendly reports
- Generate ideas for improvement in reporting and new analytical perspectives
- Design, execute, and assemble data reports for ad-hoc analysis
- Serve as the subject matter expert for student-related data and support programmatic accreditation efforts
- Document procedures and create standard operating procedures to share knowledge

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a higher education institutional research setting
- Experience managing research projects from start to successful completion
- Strong knowledge of quantitative research methods and statistics
- Proficiency in Power BI, Banner, SPSS, SQL, and Microsoft Office

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform
- Strong research leadership skills and ability to communicate findings effectively
- Ability to derive insights from research findings and present them clearly
