      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage projects from development through data collection, accuracy checking, and report dissemination
      - Generate innovative ideas for improving reporting and data analysis methods
      - Design, execute, and assemble data reports for ad-hoc analyses
      - Serve as the subject matter expert on student-related data for the college
      - Support programmatic accreditation efforts and document standard operating procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s Degree in a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a higher education institutional research setting
      - Proven experience managing research projects from inception to completion
      - Strong knowledge of quantitative research methods and statistics
      - Proficiency in Power BI, Banner, SPSS, SQL, and Microsoft Office

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Google Cloud Platform
      - Strong research leadership skills and ability to communicate findings effectively
      - Ability to derive insights from research findings and present them clearly to various organizational levels
