      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the design and delivery of educational experiences in collaboration with various teams
      - Provide leadership and support for Teaching & Learning Specialists, focusing on instructional practices
      - Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the team
      - Review and refine training content, applying best practices in adult learning
      - Oversee activities related to data collection and analysis, ensuring compliance with regulatory policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: college or university degree in a related field
      - At least 7 years of work experience in a related job discipline
      - Strong knowledge of instructional design, pedagogy, and adult learning principles
      - Proven experience in project management and organizational skills
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree in a relevant field
      - Expertise in computational methods and statistical tools for large-scale neural data analysis
      - Prior supervisory or leadership experience
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and learning management system (LMS) platforms
      - Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to balance innovation and consistency
