      The Regulatory Intelligence, Safety and Compliance (RISC) team within the Trustworthy Shopping Experience (TSE) organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Manager to lead the development and implementation of a globally consolidated, end-to-end strategy to enhance the selling partner user experience (SPUX) within the scope of RISC's selling partner-facing tool, Lab Central.

      As a Sr. Manager, you will collaborate with safety and compliance, business, and technology teams worldwide to deliver a comprehensive global strategy and long-term roadmap for improving the selling partner experience (SPX). Your primary responsibilities will include managing the Amazon-lab relationship, onboarding new labs, ensuring lab performance, establishing standard templates and processes, and driving continuous improvement across the Lab Central portfolio.

      One of the key objectives of this role is to invent intuitive and precise tools, feature enhancements, and workflows that simplify the selling partner journey and contribute to building customer confidence in the products offered on our platform. Your work directly impacts the lives of customers by enabling them to make informed decisions and trust the products available in our everything store.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Identify opportunities to automate or semi-automate manual customer-facing and internal business processes, leveraging Amazon's tools and technology. This includes improving tools, features, reducing friction for selling partners, enhancing self-service tools, and enhancing overall efficiency and engagement.
      • Lead the onboarding experience for new labs within Lab Central, coordinating with Amazon quality, compliance, and 3rd party service experts to validate new lab partners.
      • Collaborate with product and tech teams to coordinate socialization and training on new features for existing labs.
      • Audit existing products and enhance compliance checks, as well as launch new enhancements to provide a best-in-class compliance SPX.
      • Conduct pre-launch testing and post-launch activities for new experiences tailored to our selling partners.
      • Define and refine lab performance metrics, develop standard templates, mechanisms, and cadence to track lab performance, and communicate benchmarks and improvement opportunities to drive quality, cost, and speed simultaneously.
      • Act as the business owner and Voice of the Customer for lab partners when collaborating with product and tech teams to simplify and automate lab performance tracking, score-carding, and governance.
      • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure a smooth working relationship and effective communication between Lab Partners and the Amazon Lab Central Product team.
      • Contribute to the development of Strategic Partner Segmentation to identify opportunities for integrated and strategic relationships with key service providers, fostering shared value creation.
      • Stay updated on emerging technologies and brainstorm scalable solutions to discover new efficiencies within the existing Lab Central program.

      We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

      Seattle, WA, USA• Degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or economics or other related field.
      • 5+ years of program/project management experience in technology focused business.
      • Knowledge of SQL and/or experience of creating own measurements.
      • Strong relationships building skills; experience managing stakeholders and partner to drive cross functional programs/projects.
      • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different functional groups, developers, business owners, and senior leaders.
      • Ability to collaborate with and effectively influence remote teams in multiple time zones. Preferred qualifications
      • Background in product compliance, lab account management and/or quality management.
      • Experience in developing strategy in conjunction with senior leadership.
      • Entrepreneurial spirit, with track record for delivering results in fast-moving and demanding environment.
      • MBA or related masters from a leading business school.
      • Advanced knowledge of SQL.

      Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $96,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
