      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain agency relationships to drive growth and profitability of the employer's products
      - Manage a designated territory by conducting in-person, virtual, and phone interactions to support agents
      - Analyze the territory to create and execute strategic plans for growth
      - Utilize knowledge of commercial insurance products to assist agencies in solving problems and increasing revenue
      - Document sales strategies and monitor agent performance to ensure compliance and growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant sales or insurance experience
      - Ability to perform essential functions such as seeing, hearing, typing, and speaking
      - Strong communication skills to interact professionally with agents and clients
      - Experience in driving sales results and knowledge of various lines of insurance (P&C, Commercial, Life/Health)
      - Valid driver’s license and compliance with the employer’s driving standards

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the trucking industry
      - Familiarity with commercial insurance products
      - Previous experience working with different lines of insurance
