      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain agency relationships to drive revenue growth within assigned territories
      - Manage agent performance and provide training through in-person, virtual, and remote interactions
      - Analyze territory performance to create strategic plans aimed at achieving growth and profitability
      - Document sales strategies and prepare effective pre-call plans to assist agencies in increasing their written premium
      - Collaborate with product management to identify new business opportunities and competitive insights

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant sales or insurance experience
      - Proven experience in driving sales results
      - Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
      - Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in-person and virtually
      - Valid driver’s license and compliance with the employer’s driving standards
