      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prospect, interview, and approve new appointments to expand the employer’s agency distribution
      - Manage agents within a designated area using in-person, virtual, phone, and email communication
      - Analyze territory to develop and execute a strategic plan for growth and profitability
      - Prepare effective pre-call strategies and document each sales call and agency strategy
      - Monitor agent performance and implement action plans to support agency growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of sales or relevant insurance experience
      - Ability to perform essential functions including seeing, hearing, typing, and speaking
      - Strong organization and priority-setting skills, with the ability to multi-task
      - Prior experience with driving sales results and knowledge of various lines of insurance
      - Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
