What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote operational excellence by optimizing systems and processes in alignment with company initiatives
- Support enablement and communication strategies for transformation initiatives
- Lead and contribute to tactical tasks such as UAT, business process documentation, and order form maintenance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Pricing, and/or Commercial Operations at an Enterprise Software vendor
- 3 - 5+ years experience using opportunity and CPQ systems in a SaaS environment
- Analytical, structured thinking with the ability to influence partners in a matrix environment
- Data modeling, analysis, and process optimization experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce, Apttus, Celonis experience
- Solutions orientation and ability to drive effective change management efforts
- Ability to lead multiple projects and priorities, reporting on progress and removing roadblocks
