      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the ongoing governance and optimization of the Salesforce platform to enhance business operations
      - Configure and customize Salesforce, including complex custom objects, fields, and advanced features
      - Respond to complex user inquiries and issues, ensuring efficient resolution
      - Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics for performance insights
      - Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate Salesforce with other business systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent military experience
      - Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
      - Minimum of 5 years of related experience
      - Expertise in data management and manipulation within Salesforce
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with process mapping and documentation
      - Proven analytical and problem-solving experience
      - Configuration experience with enterprise applications
      - Knowledge of the insurance industry
      - Programming or SQL experience
