  Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst (with mulesoft integration)

  Job Location: Fort Mill, SC

  Experience Required: 8+ Yrs.

  Position Type: Contract

  Technical/Functional Skills:

  • 5+Years of Business Analyst experience on SFDC projects.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Previously established and supported a Customer Community.
  • Integration experience with Mule soft.
  • Usage of postman for API verification.
  • Fluent in Salesforce Query and Search Language (SoQL and SoSL). Must be able to speak to limitations of languages and differences between SoQL and SQL.
  • Firm understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits, limit monitoring, and best-practices for limit-informed development.
  • Experience with Salesforce administration. Provisioning users, password resets, account freezing/inactivating.
  • Developing Profile and Role hierarchies with Object and Field level security in mind.
  • Developing Permission Sets Experience creating Custom Report Types and developing custom Reports and Dashboards.
  • Experience developing applications that interact with Salesforce via the SOAP or REST APIs; Experience with interacting with external systems via Salesforce callouts

  Responsibilities:

  • Establishes and maintains liaison relationship with business partners and IT organization in order to provide effective technical solutions.
  • Conducts data gathering and analysis to understand business strategy requirements.
  • Contributes to the business short-and long-term planning sessions and provides direction to ensure understanding of business goals and direction.

  • Analyzes customer’s operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities for improvements.
  • Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.
  • May provide factual content to feasibility study for standard development projects and enhancements.
  • May provide assistance in business case development (i.e., research, data collection).
  • May manage small standalone projects.
  • May develop user test cases and system integration testing and validates test results during testing.
  • May review and approve test plans and monitors testing process to ensure that business results are adequately tested with minimal risk.
  • May execute test cases.
  • May ensure test strategies involve appropriate integration and process components.
  • Investigates problems and develops recommendations for resolution.
  • Identifies need for technical assistance to help in problem resolution.
  • Keeps customers informed of problems, issues, and resolutions.
  • Analyzes performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manages customers’ expectations.
  • Ensures IT solutions meet customers’ needs.
  • May meet regularly with team to gather work statuses.
  • May discuss work progress and obstacles.
