      Sr Scrum Master

      Location: Atlanta, GA 30308 - Hybrid 3 days week onsite

      We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide and coach Agile teams in delivering data-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with PMO and program management standards. This role is hands-on with Agile processes, project reporting, and executive communication, with a strong emphasis on data governance environments.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Scrum & Agile Facilitation

      • Lead Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review, Backlog Grooming, Retrospectives)
      • Keep the team focused, organized, and aligned on priorities
      • Manage stories and tasks according to PMO and Program Management standards
      • Support backlog organization and preparation for PI Planning
      • Facilitate Pre- and Post-PI Planning events

      Program & Stakeholder Management

      • Provide regular executive status updates on milestones, progress, and blockers
      • Own and escalate project-level risks and issues as needed
      • Act as a liaison between leadership and project teams, ensuring clear communication of priorities
      • Provide program-level guidance on Agile/Jira standards across Scrum teams

      Project Management & Tools

      • Develop Jira boards and maintain project plans
      • Drive project milestones, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality are met
      • Establish effective communication and change management plans
      • Prepare documentation, status reports, and time tracking

      Required Skills & Qualifications:

      • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
      • Strong experience with Jira, Agile/Scrum methodologies
      • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
      • Proficiency with project tools: Visio, Excel, Word

      Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

      • Data governance background
      • Familiarity with Teradata and Databricks
      • Experience working in large-scale data or ITSMO environments
