      Company Description

      Robert Bosch LLC seeks Sr. Software Engineer (Multiple Positions) at its facility located at 15000 N. Haggerty Road, Plymouth, Michigan 48170. Work as Senior Software Engineer with a focus on simulation activities for GM Tl XX_2 Programs and IPB 1.x Global B programs. Complete Simulation Project Responsible (CSW-SIM-PR). Work on simulation deliverables for GM Brake System projects for VMNA Brake Systems. Focus on projects: GM IPB Global A and Global B projects. Lead and achieve internal and external simulation targets within Bosch and with GM as. Complete Software Simulation Responsible (CSW-SIM-PR). Work hands-on with the simulation tools like CCSIL and FSIL and deliver the simulation on time to the team as part of the regular delivery process. Participate actively in GM virtualization targets and work towards Virtual ECU development. Integrate SW SIM modules and set up the SW build environment to obtain SIM Complete Software (SIMSW). Involve in planning various SW milestones and release plans with multiple stakeholders. Design, develop, and deliver the simulation SW (Software) change requests based on customer requirements for new-generation brake systems, debugging, and issue analysis during the development. SW release to various internal teams for validation and to the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). REQS: This position requires a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering or a related field plus 5 years of experience as a Software Developer, Software Architect, or occupation involving software development. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Embedded C; C++; and Python; (2) MATLAB, ASCET, CARsim, CAR maker or other Mode ling/Auto-coding tools; (3) Software configuration management tools (TCM or SCM); (4) PC based testing tools; (5) Testing in close loop environment (INCA or ET AS tools) and vehicle validation; (6) Communication protocols (CAN, LIN), Input-Output (ADC or PWM), Memory (EEPROM, FLASH, or NVM), or Micro-controller (Micro controller startup or Timers); and (7) Fundamentals on Automotive physics, Automotive components or fluid dynamics.
