What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop software solutions according to ticket specifications
- Engage in PHP development interfacing with various databases (RDS and NoSQL)
- Participate in scrum ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily standups
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflows and assist in ticket curation
- Monitor processes, log information, and troubleshoot identified problems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience coding in PHP, with 7 years preferred in a professional environment
- Proficiency in coding within MVC frameworks; Symfony preferred, with Laravel as an acceptable substitute
- Experience in frontend web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of relational databases, such as MySQL, and ability to write complex queries
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, SOX)
- Experience with Java and the Spring Boot framework
- Certifications in AWS or other cloud technologies
