      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a team of engineers and administrators to deliver Salesforce solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds
      - Collaborate with internal teams to optimize and consolidate business processes on Salesforce and MuleSoft
      - Architect and implement solutions ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance
      - Oversee day-to-day operations for the Salesforce platform, including change/release management and incident resolution
      - Drive teams to establish and progress toward key metrics to measure success, such as KPIs and OKRs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field
      - Minimum of 8 years' experience leading teams and/or managing direct reports
      - Minimum of 10 years as a Salesforce leader with experience managing Salesforce administrators and developers
      - Minimum of 5 years' experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platform
      - Strong expertise in at least two of the following clouds: Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, and Data Cloud

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with HIPAA/HITECH regulations and guidelines for securing ePHI data
      - Prior experience in the healthcare industry
