Leading implementation of Blu e Yonder products, including ownership of end-to-end solution design
Working with customer business and IT teams during all project phases
Provid ing leadership to functional team during implementation cycle
Serving as a functional and industry expert and participating in key meetings between Project Manager, key customer contacts, and customer users
Sharing insights and ideas with Product Management about user needs and ways to improve the product
Providing mentorship to junior associates within Blue Yonder organization
Working with the pre-sales team to assess workload on a given project or change request and recommend roles

S everal years of industry experience in Softline /hardline business
Great understanding of the overall planning , retail processes ( assortment management and optimization , enterprise planning, demand management, supply chain optimization, replenishment/fulfil l ment , Category Managment )
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Hands -on experience in using, implementing, or supporting modern Supply Chain applications ( BlueYonder /i2/ Manugistics /JDA, SAP APO, Kinaxis, Infor, Logility , o9, Quintiq, or other similar planning solution)
Business level fluency in English, both spoken and written
Ability and willingness to travel extensively across Europe is required
Right to live and work in the European Union
Fluency in additional European languages (German, French)
Machine Learning & Data Science concept familiarity
Agile knowledge
Python and SQL elementary skills
