      Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and solutions-oriented Senior Solutions Consultant to support strategic initiatives that engage utility and telecom customers through analytics-driven consulting and Osmolytics® business case development. In this high-visibility role, you will work closely with the Director of Corporate Development to deliver actionable insights that demonstrate the value of the Osmose Business Model to both internal stakeholders and external clients.

      This is a unique opportunity to join a team that helps shape strategic conversations with decision-makers across the utility industry, using data and business case storytelling to drive investment, innovation, and long-term partnerships.

      Responsibilities:

      Partner with the Director of Corporate Development to deliver Osmolytics® business case and capitalization consulting services.

      • Engage current and prospective utility and telecom customers to communicate Osmose's value proposition through compelling, data-informed solutions.

      • Develop consultative strategies that align with customer needs, leveraging analytics and structured problem-solving approaches.

      • Translate complex technical or financial concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse audiences.

      • Provide strategic input on which technologies and tools are best suited for customer-facing projects.

      • Support project scoping, timelines, and budgeting in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

      • Assist in leading and executing both internal and external projects aligned with the Osmose Business Model.

      • Stay current on utility industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies to support proactive solutioning.

      • Mentor and coach internal stakeholders to elevate overall organizational knowledge and effectiveness.

      Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

      • 3+ years of experience in business consulting, corporate strategy, or a related role.

      • A track record of generating innovative, data-informed solutions.

      • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical and financial concepts clearly and effectively.

      • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in both team-based and independent settings.

      • Prior experience in project management, analytics, or management consulting is strongly preferred.

      • Knowledge of or experience in the electric utility or power industry is a plus.

      • Willingness to travel up to 30% across North America and internationally, occasionally on short notice.

      • Proficiency in common business software including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and collaboration tools.

      • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction.
