      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize CAD and other design/space technology software to support space, occupancy, and utilization data
      - Ensure all current drawings and systems are maintained, generating relevant space reports regularly
      - Serve as the central point of contact for space technology solutions within a client environment
      - Recommend process improvements and proactively identify opportunities to enhance data quality and space management processes
      - Manage and report space allocation data, including business presence and archiving

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum requirement of an associate's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in Architectural Technology, Space Planning, Space Data Management, or Data Analytics
      - Three to six years of experience in a corporate real estate environment
      - Proficiency in MS Office Suite software applications
      - Demonstrated experience working in AutoCAD; Revit experience is a plus
      - Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills

      - Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver effective services
