Quality Audit - Support examining key activities and output for each AI project milestones
Process improvement - Support evaluating big data / market VOCs to pinpoint current needs and improvement areas in order to improve the overall AI testing processes
Quality index management - Support with collecting data in order to discover a software quality index.
Failure case analysis - Support with collecting data to analyze software failure types.
Requires a minimum 0-3 years of experience in AI / mobile device industry
BS in Engineering, data science or related technical field
Knowledge of SDLC & QA test methodologies i.e. Agile, Waterfall
Strong understanding of QA best practices including test planning, test case design, defect/test management, and Bugs reporting
A skilled specialist that completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways with strong multi-tasking ability
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions to improve quality
Experience or knowledge on test processes for AI features / products
Experience or knowledge using Big Data for strengthening testing strategy / scope / process
Experience with AI/ML testing tools such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, and specific AI testing frameworks like DeepCode
Strong AI analytical skills which involve critical thinking and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues that arise from AI system
Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, LLM concepts, Algorithms, Voice Assistants, IoT and/or Smart Home, prompt engineering is highly desirable
Knowledge / experience with AI products in the mobile SW industry
Exposure to Gen-AI, LLM, LVM models and concepts
Bi-lingual candidate with either Korean or Spanish fluency, background in linguistics or NMT for translation

We are seeking an experienced AI QA Engineer to join our team at Samsung to ensure software quality of AI features integrated in Samsung products. This candidate will be responsible for understanding the industry standard AI testing method / processes and bringing this knowledge to improve AI testing processes at Samsung.
