  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Conduct comprehensive chart reviews to facilitate efficient medical care
  - Access and review health information exchanges (HIE) and electronic medical records (EMRs) to identify potential suspects
  - Prepare and lead monthly Rejected Suspect Reviews
  - Collaborate with the Population Health Director to support clinical documentation efforts
  - Analyze patient demographics and chronic condition prevalence to identify opportunities for improving quality outcomes
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Proven experience in accurate and specific documentation
  - Expertise in working with multiple technical systems, including Greenway, Canopy, and Excel
  - Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  - U.S. work authorization

  - Experience building relationships with healthcare providers
  - Ability to track down and leverage external resources for documentation support
  - Self-starter with high initiative and follow-through
  - Experience developing, planning, and implementing short and long-term goals
