Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The primary goal is to guarantee LADMAR’s E2E supply chain execution, by supporting inventory management and providing visibility for availability through reporting and analysis.
This role will be a key enabler for the achievement of Order Fulfilment targets such as OTA, COTA, and COTIF.
Moreover it will be accountable for continuous process improvement within the department and is expected to act as a liaison between SCM and commercial & customer service team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze SKU ageing & on stock slow movers monthly reports, provide visibility to main stakeholders and follow up on action plan.
• Provide conversion rate visibility at an article level with main channels.
• Work closely with DC team to understand and mitigate any stock discrepancy between SAP and WMS.
• Support the analysis and execute LADMAR’s order book management: cleansing, cancellation and overdue.
• Assist on SMAL & LAB meetings by providing the most accurate availability in terms of campaigns & confirm local campaigns visibility to Central Purchasing.
• Analyze order book fill rate and collaborate across functional areas to achieve overall KPI / delivery targets
• Identify critical supply chain constraints and determine actions to overcome the delays together with Central Purchasing, Inbound and Customs teams.
• Identify improvement initiatives across the region and implement best practices to improve order book execution and inventory management handling to achieve customer and business expectations.
• Execute, follow up and support on OF operating rhythm such as outbound planning, direct customers analysis, Order book and inventory management.
• Ad hoc support for intercompany/stock transfer unit allocation.
• Point of contact for all questions from customer service.
