- Associate degree or above in applicable profession, business, or technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Possesses five or more years of project support experience.
- Possesses two or more years of project management experience.
- Distribution or Transmission line knowledge preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Expert in Excel for advanced data manipulation required.
- Knowledgeable in SAP and Primavera P6.
- Must be willing to work hybrid work schedule.
- Researches, analyzes, interprets sophisticated data, and problem solves.
- Sets-up, manages, and maintains status of 100s of projects in Excel.
- Obtains project status, updates, and maintains the project tracking database.
- Follows-up with Project Managers or teams from various projects.
- Works with project teams to remove obstacles throughout projects’ lifecycle.
- Assists in removing constraints - resolving design, permitting, easement, and construction issues.
- Provides reports from Excel data as needed, using Pivot Tables, slicers, timelines, etc.
- Provides analytical support to review and process work order packages, secure material, and ensure work is authorized to proceed for construction.
- Exercises independent judgment and discretion to advise and recommend courses of action.
- Applies knowledge of project management support principles.
- Proactive in addressing project team needs and sends reminders - good communicator, both written and verbally.
- Recognizes verbal cues in meetings (action items, requests, additional meetings to be set-up, etc.).
- Proactive; accomplishes results through own efforts.

Qualifications
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $105,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
