  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Entry of standard and complex statistical information and computation of premiums for various lines of business
  - Assist underwriters by handling phone calls, gathering information, and corresponding with brokers
  - Review and prioritize incoming tasks within assigned authority and forward to appropriate team members as needed
  - Provide comprehensive analysis and underwriting recommendations for complex accounts
  - Train new employees and perform quality checks on their work
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  - Minimum of 5+ years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience
  - Certified or working towards an insurance designation preferred
  - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in complex insurance policy processing
  - Knowledge of data reconciliation and decision quality
  - Demonstrated ability to coach and develop others
  - Familiarity with teamwork and continuous improvement practices
