In this pivotal role, you will partner closely with Finance leadership to drive systems and data initiatives that support scalable growth, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making. You will own the roadmap for finance technology projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely execution. Acting as the voice of the Finance organization within business systems, you will translate financial requirements into robust, high-impact solutions that enable financial insight, compliance, and revenue optimization.

      Responsibilities:

      • Collaboration & Communication: Manage cross-functional dependencies and collaboration. Ensure timely and transparent communication to teams and stakeholders, tailoring your message to a wide variety of audiences. Drive the team to continuously improve.
      • Product Delivery & Validation: Ensure the product vision is understood by the development team. Validate completed work to ensure it aligns with expectations and meets quality standards. Lead backlog prioritization, refinement, and planning sessions.
      • Change Management & Enablement: Develop and execute change management and enablement plans for new system implementations and process improvements, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption within the Finance organization.
      • Domain Expertise: Develop and maintain deep expertise in the business, systems, and processes related to Finance. Not just understand best-in-class, but know how to achieve it.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
      • 10+ years experience as a Product Owner, Program Manager or Solution Delivery Lead for Finance/Accounting systems.
