Job Description
- Req#: 4690
- Measures the impact of messaging programs using advanced analytics and data science.
- Partners with Marketing Analytics team to optimize methodologies that measure effectiveness of point of care programs across multiple channels.
- Employs a variety of modeling techniques to extract meaningful data insights and program measurements, as well as pre-sales predictive modeling.
- Identifies and understand the data generated by our retail pharmacy and EHR network vendors for each program, provides pre-sales consulting to Operations and Business Development to ensure the set-up of appropriate test and control, program durations, etc.
- Responsible for regular business reviews with Business Development covering program metrics, effectiveness, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborates with other team members to identify and mitigate knowledge gaps and document findings.
- Recommends improvements to processes, identifies gaps in data quality for each program.
- Experience in analytics; querying, munging, and manipulating large data sets.
- Must understand the business question, design the analytics solution to answer that question, and explain the answer to the client.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or life sciences strongly preferred
- Experience presenting and explain complex analytics to non-technical audience
- Intermediate Python experience required
- Intermediate to expert SQL experience required
- Demonstrated communication skills and client-facing experience required
- Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker a plus
- Experience with commonly used project management tools (Jira/Sharepoint) is desirable
- Must be detail oriented and able to work independently Strong Competence with MS Office tools required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantitative field; advanced degree a plus.
- 3+ years’ experience in a measurement analytics or comparable role
- Curious problem solver Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills

Job DescriptionThe Sr. Statistical Analyst analyzes the effectiveness of patient, HCP, and pharmacy messaging programs run on behalf of pharmaceutical clients. Program measurement is a valuable component of CRx messaging solutions. The incumbent plays an integral part in performing a variety of functions, including measuring the impact of our programs on patient fill behavior; strategic data visualization and preparation of performance metrics to clients, creating ROI analyses, and reviewing findings with Business Development in preparation for presentation to clients, all using our rich internal data resources.
