      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage Pan MDT supply continuity mitigation projects to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate supply risks
      - Partner in strategic planning and run business programs to achieve team goals
      - Lead Operations Sourcing programs to improve supplier delivery performance
      - Foster and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders across various functions
      - Drive improvements in operations sourcing standard work and escalation processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 7 years of relevant supply chain experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant supply chain experience
      - Proven project management experience
      - Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
      - Exceptional communication, leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills
      - Experience in the medical device industry with knowledge of FDA/GMP and international medical device regulations and standards

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Expert understanding and experience with integrated manufacturing software systems
      - Working knowledge of Demand Flow & Lean Manufacturing
      - PMP certification
      - Experience in leading and influencing negotiations and project management
      - Exposure to supply chain, planning, purchasing, materials, and inventory control environments
