      If you are a Structural Engineer aiming to grow your career within buildings / vertical structural design engineering, then our Sr. Structural Engineer opportunity will provide you with a fulfilling position, having you take full ownership of our Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, and Life Science structural design projects.

      This position is Hybrid/Remote based in Denver, CO.

      Responsibilities

      As our Sr. Structural Engineer, you will be hands-on with technical design of buildings projects, provide leadership and mentorship to a growing team, oversee multiple projects simultaneously including budgeting, scheduling, and client management & communication, and attend project sites and client meetings.

      Qualifications

      If you possess the following experience & qualifications, we encourage you to apply:

      • B.S. Degree in Civil, Structural Engineering, M.S. in Civil or Structural Engineering is preferred.
      • Professional Engineering (PE) license or ability to obtain reciprocity within 8-12 months.
      • 8+ years of relevant structural design engineering experience (Concrete, Steel, Masonry, Wood).
      • Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and standards, especially seismic considerations.
      • Technical skills: Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., RAM Structural System, RAM Elements, RAM Concept, STADD, Enercalc, SteelSmart, Simpson CFS Designer, RISA, and Revit).
      • Knowledge of building codes and standards and construction practices is required. Litigation experience is a plus.
      • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and client communication.
