What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise daily operations of a Parts Sourcing team, ensuring productivity and service levels are met
- Set clear performance targets using data and analytics, focusing on coaching and training associates
- Monitor team activities to ensure quality and departmental objectives are achieved
- Provide training and guidance regarding contract information and policy/procedure interpretation
- Assist department head with escalations, claims, disputes, and customer resolution issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and practical experience
- Minimum of 4 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a contact center environment
- Excellent leadership, motivational, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Advanced PC skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to train and develop supervisors and associates
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience within the HVAC trade
- Previous experience in a contact center environment
