      The Manufacturing Senior Supervisor oversees all aspects of Cost, Schedule, Safety, and Quality for multiple areas within the operation. Utilize leadership
      and organizational skills to deliver high-quality output and meet pre-set deadlines. They will receive general guidance on work priority with substantial latitude for independent decision making.

       Exercise a high level of confidentiality when dealing with staff, projects, and proprietary information.
       Review and study all drawings for production of designated projects.
       Motivate, monitor, and counsel employees regarding work-related issues and performance. Gauge workforce skills and initiate cross training programs as necessary.
       Ensure a safe environment for employees through adherence to safety policies, assessing and eliminating hazards, improving housekeeping standards,
      conducting incident investigations, and implementing corrective action.
       Lead the implementation of improvements to manufacturing processes.
       Develop and lead a team of Supervisors to accomplish the business objectives of the company.
       Coordinate work and schedule with other departments as needed.
       Other duties as assigned.

      Qualifications

      Experience

      Required 5 years

      Minimum 7 years’ experience in Manufacturing required. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Leadership Role, preferably in Manufacturing required. Experience in Union Environment a plus. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Manufacturing, or another related field a plus.
