      Raytheon Vision Systems (RVS) finance team has an exciting opportunity for a motivated finance professional with a knack to learn, grow and succeed as a Senior Supervisor (M3). RVS is a Product Area within the Advanced Products and Solutions (APS) portfolio of the Raytheon Business.

      The position is an integral part of the business management and program teams with up to three team members and a business base that is predominately intra-company facing. This managerial position includes leading and executing program controls, baseline development, Estimate at Complete (EACs), Gate 4’s, internal customer negotiations, and financial planning requirements including AOP, Long Range Plan and R&O administration. The finance manager will also ensure the team adhere to all internal and IOT policies.

      What You Will Do

      • Prioritize all deliverables and review team members work product for quality and accuracy of reports.
      • You must have the ability to think on their feet, make decisions in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and interact with various levels of management.
      • Critical responsibilities for this role include analytical ability, effective communication, and ability to influence, motivate and partner with team members.
      • You will be responsible for assisting all financial management and analysis as contributor, and via subordinates, of the program portfolio from proposal to close-out along with the FP&A duties and reporting requirements throughout implementation.
      • Lead, develop and provide analysis for a portfolio of programs that includes all elements of cost.
      • Support multiple levels of reviews, including monthly program status reviews, EACs, and Program LRE development.
      • Manage multiple team members while continuing to meet deliverable requirements, prepare charts, conduct customer interfacing, and ensure program financial performance against EAC and forecast.
      • Train, mentor and develop team members as well as other analysts within the team.
      • Cost and schedule control analysis across production programs – maintaining compliance within EVMS.
      • Support Management with the development and submittal of monthly financial forecasts, Annual Operation Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Plan (LRP)
      • Support special projects including but not limited to Gate Reviews, Proposals, RFIs, ROMs, Invoicing, Balance Sheet Cleanup and Funding analysis.

      Qualifications You Must Have

      • Typically requires: A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Math, Business or a related field or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience.
      • Experience using SAP (APEX, PRISM, and/or BW/AO), RTN PMX or similar financial systems.
      • Experience with EVMS, Program Controls (Cost/Schedule) and/or EAC Process.
      • EVMS Certification or achieve EVMS Certification within 6 months of hiring.

      • Experience with proposal and negotiation efforts.
      • A dedicated and positive attitude with the ability to meet critical deadlines and develop reports to drive solutions and continued process improvements.
      • DoD Industry experience.
      • Advanced Excel skills.

      The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
