Job Description
- Req#: R1291630
- Responsible for establishing and maintain process within whole purchase control including supplier quality Management.
- Responsible for supplier audit, follow up supplier audit finding and check effectiveness
- Participate new supplier selection, evaluation, approve.
- Participate the material purchasing specific/ requirements (e.g.: Purchased Part’s Drawing) review.
- Lead CQP/MQP (Component/ Material Qualification Process) and responsible on the MQP report.
- Monitor supplier quality, perform supplier quality performance evaluation and communication
- Manage Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) and supplier change request (SCR)
- Drive supplier quality improvement activity
- Responsible for handling and determine the identified Nonconformity of purchased material/ products
- Responsible for supplier Quality Data collection，analysis and reporting.
- Perform other work assigned by supervisor or from other supportive business partner
