      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Source top talent by partnering with hiring managers to understand expectations and improve recruitment processes
      - Lead the full recruiting lifecycle, managing communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
      - Develop proactive sourcing strategies for challenging positions, maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates
      - Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives to build a diverse candidate pool
      - Support compliance by maintaining accurate documentation on recruitment activities and candidate interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field
      - Minimum of five years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
      - Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Teams
      - Experience with applicant tracking systems and candidate sourcing platforms (iCIMS and UKG preferred)
      - Strong organizational skills and exceptional customer service abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Corporate, sales, and/or higher education recruiting experience
      - Multi-state, multi-site recruitment experience
      - Basic to intermediate proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems
      - Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication skills
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
